Ok, but things need to be addressed

It did not capture that I filed last year with TurboTax. When I was encouraged to file via your cloud product I was told the transition would be seamless. It wasn't so seamless. I don't like being pitched for additional products around every turn. So of the promotional material was presented in a way to encourage unintended acceptance. I think this is a predatory practice for those that may get confused.

First time to use the online version. It was good!

I did run into a bump near the end, but I got call back within 5 minutes. The Turbo Tax Care Team was able to help me quickly get back on track!

Irritating for a somewhat simple return

Some fill in forms were not available. When asked questions about income, proper forms didn't show up I had to go looking for them and manually enter.
