The old format -before online was easier to naviga

The cost was way too high for two senior citizens. I don't like the online one. I learned the desktop software and have spent several days doing the online version. I can't afford it and may have to get paper forms next time.

Instructions are not clear but rather deceptive

Everything was great until it was time to pay for filing. There are fees for everything and selection information of what is optional and how it effects your processing time is not clear. The e-filing which is processed 5 days earlier, did not appear to be a requirement. That information is not clear when going through the completion process.
