This year seemed to be a complete cluster using TurboTax!! I sailed through all the numbers needed for this year's return only to get to the end & find that I needed an "AGI" number that was EXTREMELY hard to find within my last year's return!!! I'm not sure why TurboTax made it so difficult to get that info from the forms that I used with them last year, but it made the whole situation incredibly stressful!!

TurboTax is amazing. I been using them for 4 years now. Their platform is so easy to use. Very self explanitory. & great features lik importing documents so you dont have to type every single thing. And if you get a little confused on what they are asking or dont understand something and you get stuck their support system always clarifies everything & I able to continue with 0 problems. very accurate, fast & easy to use highly reccommend.
