Massive Step Backwards

Far less useful than previous years. Difficult to navigate and make corrections. Absolute no-starter is that you cannot navigate between forms and the program. Impossible to check that information is being treated correctly as you move through the filing. Seriously undermines trust in the product.

Turbo Tax Do It Yourself is easy and straight forward to use. I like that the system stops to check your process and review the file multiple times throughout the process.
