Worked pretty well

Didn't handle Out-of-state prepaid municipal bond interest (accrued) which should be deducted from the Residence State additions of Out-of-State Muni interest received.

Needs more work on system and less upsell screens.

The online version did not fully update my import and properly recognize I used TurboTax last year(and many years before that as well). Too much upsell on services not needed on a simple return.

I resent having to pay TurboTax/Intuit so much money to transmit data on my behalf. There were also several places in the process where they did not provide any explanatory information about what they were asking and I had to guess.

This is my first experience in 20+ years doing my taxes online vs a downloaded application. I'm not as comfortable with the process and will opt to download the app next year.

Have us Turbo Tax for year. This year I purchased an "online" version of Turbo Tax and found it a bit frustrating trying to efile. It was not connected to my 2024 Turbo Tax desktop file. Could not find information on how to sync
