redundant filling in same info cost high

too much duplication of entries. reentered same financial institution 6 times. like starting over each time to retrieve the same information. cost too high, will use local tax agent next year. very simple return.

It should be more clear that only one filing per TurboTax purchase. The wording of being able to use 5 computers per filing is misleading in that this leads one to think that 5 filings per purchase of a TurboTax product.

Easy and Difficult

Turbo Tax was generally easy to use. Easy to input and easy to follow. It was frustrating, however to easily find last year's AGI despite the fact that we filed multiple family tax returns last year with Turbo Tax software.
Also a bit annoying to feel TT trying to squeeze more money out of tax filers who simply want to file a simple return without constant "begging" to purchase add-on services.

Turbo tax needs to hire more expert help
