was easy except for the investment piece as the 1099-B from etrade did not coincide much with turbo tax, i had to find the adjustment cost basis somewhere else. perhaps it could be the etrade 1099b
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax Made Me Do My Taxes Twice!

You deleted my entire self employment section and caused me to have to restart the entire tax return. So no, not good all Also your AI form thing sucks, it keeps lagging the typing.

Overpriced

Incredibly expensive service for what is largely an automated process. I was required to upgrade to Premium due to a very small stock sale (around $2), which felt excessive. In my experience, the pricing structure isn’t well-aligned with simple tax situations like mine. I think the company should reevaluate how it charges for minor transactions.
