TurboTax works relatively well

I found some of the tax review checking steps faulty and required me to manually adjust as the software wasn't picking up the change that was needed.

Turbo Tax has gone down hill

It was very difficult to move throughout the software. Could not navigate smoothly between different sections while trying to fix the documents. When Turbo /tax was on the CD i could search and move to sections i wanted to work on. Also when trying to correct things you couldn't tell where I was in my tax forms. Not very happy with Turbo Tax this year might try another form next year.

Turbox online should have form mode

It lacks of form mode like the desktop version, other that this, the online version is a great software.

More difficult this year

I have been using TurboTax for many years, and the product seemed clunkier and less user friendly this year. This was the first time I have ever had issues with importing both from Schwab and JPMorgan.
