Needs improvement

It thorough, but needs improvement with interface. It's a bit confusing for an older person to navigate.

Ugh

Infuriating experience this year. Estimated tax payments were buried under multiple layers and the guidance in the help section wasn't accurate. We finally found it after searching through every single deduction drop down menu. Way too hard compared with previous years.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Less painful since I'm no longer an S corp

It always takes me 4 times longer than their estimated time. Often, I don't understand their description of credits & deductions, etc, and need to go to copilot for clarification. TurboTax is definitely easier than filling out all the forms yourself though.
