TL;DR: works as expected.

Started with the mobile app which kept getting stuck near the end, then come to find out when trying to finish via PC that I had been set up with premium unintentionally, so I had to re-enter everything and that was mildly annoying. Otherwise, product works as expected.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Cloud version a little glitchy

There was some confusing instructions, too much up-selling, & my 2024 AGI did not transfer during the review portion even though I successfully filed using TurboTax desktop last year.

More confusing than last year. Shame

It was more confusing this year than last year. I thought that some sections were being revisited in a loop and the process accidentally made me enter my W2 twice. I thought it was weird and the transition buttons were not clear in guiding between different sections. On a positive note, I liked the use of LLMs to review if any further tax breaks could be obtained.
