less clear and helpful than it used to be

answering questions has gotten less intuitive over the past 2 years. Turbotax used to be Amazingly clear with its explanations in the questions and help. Now the questions are a bit mysterious for more complex tax situations (like multi-state) and the help is less helpful.

TurboTax is garbage

Forces you to pay $129 to file $5 gain in stocks as well as another charge that I don't even know what it was for. Would not let me receive my state refund via direct deposit, sending me through and infinite loop unless I kept it on receive by mail.

Turbotax is far from awesome

Active Military discount did not apply, the product glitches when attempting to input income from a 1099 with multiple fields, and it is overpriced. This is likely the last year that Intuit gets any of my money.
