TurboTax is useful

Online version - - never again

Been using TT for over a decade this is the first time I tried the online version (vs. the desktop). NEVER AGAIN! Having to fill in the same section over and over - - laggy screens. Took way longer this way.

Not sure why you cant pull in infomration from my last years tax form and i need to hunt it down on my own. Also the interest income wasnt totaling up from all my forms it should be easier to tie back the final values to each individual brokerage tax form.

Works every time

The online version was less intuitive than the older computer version, but it finished well. I also used the tax review by Chat and it worked really well.
Pros: I moved, I had a baby

your system is VERY annoying. too many unnecessary questions that TaxAct doesn't ask. Next year we're going back to TaxAct. too many stupid pages with unnecessary phrases..

Turbo Tax online is NOT USER FRIENDLY!

This was horrible! I couldn't download because I have windows 10. It took me over 3 hours to do my return. I have no idea if it is correct. I will never use Turbo Tax again!!!
