I liked the fact I was able to take off premium and just do the basic return easily. Got it done in about an hour an got a great return.

Turbo Tax always makes things easy

Been using Turbo Tax since 2009 and it has always been a good experience. I did try another software one year an found difficult to u and came back to TurboTax. I Will continue to use Turbo Tax as long as I do my own taxes. I can always know that I will not miss anything by going through the check list that are always available.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Finding Estimated Tax is difficult

The time estimate was WAY to low. Hard to find where to enter Estimated Tax paid; also the AI Help is incomplete for this. Since I filed with TurboTax last year and imported that file, it could have prompted for that Estimated Tax info. I filed last year with Turbo Tax Desktop and it was accepted, but this year used Turbo Tax Online. When I filed, turbotax claimed I did not file. Needs a button for Other or I did file with Turbo Tax last year. Am very glad FireFox Browser is now supported.
