Love that TurboTax makes enhancements each year that make filing easier and more clear. The new AI search/question box was great and I appreciated the reduced number of "check ins" on how I was doing or feeling. Great experience overall!

The user interface and questions were confusing

The questions were sometimes vague and inaccurate and did not match the situation. The changes made to the user interface and widgets from last year were quite confusing.I did not like the changes

The online was not nearly as good as the desktop version, which I purchased, but wouldn't run on on Win10 machine. It was very difficult to avoid being charged for extra things I didn't want.

Won't use Turbo Tax again

Could not download from financial institution directly.
Uploaded manually, that contained multiple files (2 or 3).
$35 is a hidden charge that was not disclosed until filing. VERY BAD!!!!

Too expensive

I did not pay the extra money to use one of your experts. It is expensive enough without them. Overall I found the product easy to use. There were some items that I had on the desk top version that were difficult to find in the online version. I had to switch to online because you no longer support Windows 10. I already paid for your downloadable project and you charged me again to go on line. And the online version was more.
