Piece of trash product

Can I give it zero stars? The flow was incredibly confusing. I had to exit multiple times and reanswer questions to collect information from previous tax returns that you filed. I spent an hour trying to properly categorize my backdoor IRA contribution (which is an incredibly common scenario). Even this feedback box is doing weird stuff and randomly erasing characters. Honestly an incredibly buggy and frustrating experience, I will almost definitely be switching vendors next year. There was literally nothing redeeming about this experience except it is now over

Turbo Tax Used To Be Better

I was looped thru the same questions multiple times. When trying to edit our Food Delivery (1099-NEC) information, it only allowed you to link to Uber Eats...we do Door Dash. So I had to enter a new business (instead of editing the existing one). Then the website thought I had TWO food delivery jobs...one with $0 income.

Did not enjoy this experience, the information was not easy to follow. the titles where not always accurate for the 1099's was looking for, had to search.
The payment options where not clear. The payment method for direct deposit was not seen until click on other places. Probably will not use again.
