Can I supersize that for you?

More complicated than ever before. Keeps bringing up the wrong results, had us scratching our heads trying to figure out how to navigate back and forth. Then they bombard you with the up-sell, hey do you want to spend more to get extra help? I suspect that is the sole reason they made it more complex so you give in and pay the extra for an 'expert' to guide you through.

Turbo tax is only for basic taxes

Some of the reviewed documents before submission did not explain what it was asking for, nor could I find what I was looking for. It would also not allow me to skip the page. Still not sure I understood a few pages and that stresses me out. Will be using a person next year.

There were some things missing when left and picked up again and it's expensive to use even the basic version.

Relatively painless!

It's logical & intuitive how things are set up on TurboTax. Doing taxes aren't fun, but TubroTax makes the experience relatively painless.

It is good but expensive

All good, we like Turbotax. It makes tax filing much easier. However, it still took me ~3 hours to complete which is excessive. Also, I paid 188 dollars to file without any live expert help. So, I believe that is excessive.
