TurboTax is terrible

Absolutely terrible, says it’s free upfront and then makes you upgrade to premium then try’s to get you to upgrade more. Also made me pay $60 extra to file both federal and state tax together when it was nowhere clearly stated before starting. Paying for this service is useless just pay a regular accountant or go directly to the irs website. It took so long to fill it out. This is the worst app ever.

Desktop version is better

Did not enjoy the online version- much rather have the desktop version. $35 I was charged for an early deposit- I would have not paid it if I knew what I was agreeing to.
