A bit jittery online experience - experienced user

Turbo Tax is great

Super easy to use. This is my second year filing on my own with TurboTax, and the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. No issues at all

Quick but pricey. Management of tax forms needs improvement. The site asks about forms that were already uploaded and shows NEEDS REVIEW flags for forms that have already been reviewed.

TurboTax has gone downhill

TurboTax was significantly more difficult to work with this year than it has been in previous. The prices were higher and included less per level, ability to define unique income situations were removed from previous years, and near no help was provided to guide users. Absolutely terrible experience.
