Made a deduction confusing

You could have mention to look at last pay stub for ot premium so you can use on deductible especially when 2025 did not have on w2 box.

This was super frustrating

Very frustrating experience, and I work in software. Lots of bugs. File uploads but software does not parse values correctly. Lots of "review this form" but not clear what needs to be reviewed. After reviewing and confirming, still sent back to review over and over again. Threats to pay $59 or your state taxes will be deleted despite signing up for promotion to free e-file.

I find turbotax to be easy to use. I like when I can click on the ? and get more information or do a search.

Major difficulties filing

Turbotax could not file 2025 because it said I had not file with Turbotax 2024, but I did, and, in fact Turbo tax, had uploaded that 2024 information to start completing my 2025 forms. It took an hour or more on the phone to straighten this out. I also disliked the repeat efforts to up sell me. As a result, I will probably use a different service next time.
