Simple Format Helps Me

I like the step-by-step format. Following the format makes the process simple and accurate. My problem this year was starting out with a new computer and having glitches with my printer software. I finally went back to my old computer, and things went smoother. I ran into two unique situations where I had to stop and research to complete those sections.
