For the most part it was straight forward. The new format was an adjustment and I found some check and corrections a little confusing.

Turbo Tax is the best.

Turbo Tax is mostly clear and straightforward except the foreign tax credit portions.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

overpriced and not that easy to use. almost missed an entire income section because it was never prompted. for how much im paying i shouldnt have to go hunting down these sections and verifying myself.

TurboTax Online is Abhorrent!!!

Using the online TurboTax is abhorrent. It is not user friendly. You need to support Windows Users who cannot upgrade to MicroSoft Windows 11 with better product.

I found the new turbo tax less user friendly than in previous years. It was harder to navigate and to find forms that i used to "jump to". Just not as intuitive.

Auto import sucks for pdf

The auto import for my w2 sucks it read line 10 wrong which didn't let me qualify for the child care tax credit. Had to contact support and it took us a while to figure out line 10 was auto filled wrong with the pdf upload but after we figured it out it was good. Good support.
