Good but Frustrating

This version was frustrating to use (compared to version purchased in previous years). Although at start of the process it transferred data from prior Turbo Tax years (I used Turbo Tax for at least the last seven years), when it came time to e-file, it said I had not used Turbo Tax to file last return. That makes no sense to me. That made me track down prior filing. Second, I got caught in a perpetual loop in which, when I declined to have the Identity Protection, I had to re-enter (or at least go through) e-filing data. This happened three times. Only by signing out, and then reentering the data a fourth time, did the program go beyond the loop. The Help tab did not provide much help or explanation in that situation. Third, It is all e-file, or all mail--there is no ability (as far as I could see) to have some returns mailed in (like PA, which requires certain info to be included with the return, like a list of all trades generating LT and ST gains) and some e-filed. Turbo Tax does a good job, but this year was much more frustrating than years past--I suspect it was the rigidity of this on-line version that was the problem.

Turbo Tax can be confusing

My experience was somewhat frustrating. When I was I was looking for a particular form, I was taken in circles.
I was asked questions that I had no idea what they were talking about. Maybe it can be more user friendly. I'm 73 years old.

Clumsy! Not easy to look at tax forms. App didn't record downloaded Sched. B sales. Had to wander around 2210 because didn't find estimated payments.
