I like how much effort Turbo Tax has put into making the tax process seem less intimidating. I appreciate the almost conversational nature to the questions being asked, and the way you keep track of my progress and send morale boosters throughout the process. I also appreciate all the pop-outs for definitions and ability to dig deeper into topics, especially some of the new tax changes each year. I know that when I file with Turbo Tax I can trust my tax return to be correct.

I feel duped!!

I was sucked into using this version of Turbo Tax after I had already purchased a desk top version because it would not allow me to download my tax info from Fidelity. I feel duped and was not happy that I didn't get what I paid for!
