Hated it!

TurboTax is not user friendly at al! The number of interfaces and the amount of time and frustration that went into verifying my identity was unreal. I vowed then that I would never, EVER use TurboTax again!!

Easy to use

I find TurboTax to be easy to use, quick, and thorough. The cost is edging upward, but is still far less expensive than hiring a tax person and keeps me feeling in control of doing my taxes.

I like how much effort Turbo Tax has put into making the tax process seem less intimidating. I appreciate the almost conversational nature to the questions being asked, and the way you keep track of my progress and send morale boosters throughout the process. I also appreciate all the pop-outs for definitions and ability to dig deeper into topics, especially some of the new tax changes each year. I know that when I file with Turbo Tax I can trust my tax return to be correct.

She was patient and did not rush our conversation and took great care to walk us through the issues we experienced.
