I thoroughly enjoyed using TurboTax this year as it was easy to understand and easy to use. In plain english it was simple and definitely quick.

Pros: Excellent customer service, fairly straight forward, provided good information and explanations.
Cons: There were a few tax credits we needed to discover on our own through the internet as they did not pop up on Turbo Tax (Business Expenses and Solatube Credit).

Interesting new Turbo Tax format.

This was different from last year's Turbo Tax. It was easier while sometimes being more difficult. I spent a lot of time (hours actually) gathering all the information for possibly being able to itemize. At the end, the standard deduction was the way to go. It was hard to see how many thousands of dollars I spent on medical - particular dental work and then I could not itemize.
