Turbo tax is awsome!

Before I file at the desktop, this year start file online at the Intuit online. very nice!

Great tool, frustrating forced upgrades

Helpful, but the pushy upgrades are frustrating. I've used TurboTax each year and it has been very helpful. But I don't like the fact that the program automatically upgrades you to a more expensive deluxe plan, and it is extremely difficult to navigate to a page where you downgrade to a standard plan without the extra bells and whistles.

Overall it was a good experience. There are some bugs which I needed to redo parts of my return. Overall I will use again next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
