TurboTax is bad now!

Does a bad job of picking up where I left off, and the AI is way less useful than the old search box.

painful. the software is clunky and inaccurate. for example, you said I didn't e-file with Turbotax last year, but I did! I have the email confirmation. I don't know how you stay in business. I won't use turbotax next year!

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. The support question & answer responses are extremely helpful. Also Turbo suggests areas that I haven't thought of to explore. I have used Turbo for years and feel extremely confident in the product and it's accuracy, will continue to use in the years to come.

Your website does have have a scroll bar on the right hand side of the screen. It makes it extremely difficult to get around your site without it.

Turbo Tax 2025 is difficult to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and I found the 2025 program very confusing and difficult to use. I particularly dislike the fact that I was unable to view and review each section of the return as I completed it. I also had a problem with e-filing because the program said that I did not complete filing of my prior year return with Turbo Tax when I did.

TurboTax is easy to Use. Have been using it for years. Very user friendly and informative. Guides you through every step of your way to successful filing. Very pleased with this product (Premium version).
