Very easy to file

It was so easy to file, both State and Fed. I like that they have people available if needed. Will continue to use TurboTax, the price is a great deal as well

very expensive 180 dollars to file on top of paying in for state taxes so 1000 dollars i had to pay instead of 800 for state taxes

Good Experience

Overall, a good experience. For the past two years I used the desktop version and did not have any issue in transferring my data from the prior year to the current year. This year I used the online version and was unable to transfer my data. Somehow or another I wiped out what I had last year. May have been user error, but like i said - no issues in past years. Not a big issue as my return now is pretty simple. I would have been quite upset in earlier years as my return was quite complex.

Disappointed in the Higher Cost versus Desktop Ver

Definitely made my tax preparation easy. Just was not happy with the cost to use the online service versus using the desktop version. It was $188 this year.

I have used Turbo Tax on my computer for years, but now I had to do on line due to old software issues and it was very difficult to me.
