Hate the new format

I don't think Turbo Tax even linked my returns. I found the new format difficult to search & find my forms for review. Once I paid, I could view and revise before submitting.

Turbotax Online is Horrible

Turbotax online is a lousy product compared to desktop. It is nfortunate tha desktop only supports windows 11. Online has too many mistakes and glitches that require a workaround and numerous hours on the phone with Turbotax reps that don't understand IRS rules or case law.

Turbo Tax is good but greedy and had a few issues.

I used the on-line version of TT and found it overall to be easy to understand and follow. I did not like:
1. All the ways the program tries to get you to add on extra services that cost extra. The final check out was particularly complicated, non-intuitive, and misleading.
2. I could not figure out how to pull up some forms to complete on my own.
3. The program gets bogged down with Schedule H for household employees. If you hired no one in 2025 and answered the pertinent question no, the program skips filing out Schedule H which made sense to me. However, during final reviews it showed I needed to answer a question about 2024 and a popup screen had a question to answer on Schedule H. However, if I changed my answer to Yes the program would not allow access to another section of the form I needed to complete. After after getting the feeling I was in an endless loop I simply ignored completed the Schedule and the system let me move on to completion.

Turbo tax on line version is not as good as before

I paid estimated tax last year, it said it is uncommon. Almost missed it.

Useful but feels scammy

Useful product but I feel like I'm being sold extra features at every turn. This makes the product feel cheap and scammy, to me. The AI features are practically useless, too. Overall, decent product for the price I suppose.
