Great Phone Support

The agent, Lucy, was amazing. Efile was rejected originally due to lack of 2024 tax return, which for some reason did not get efiled. The issue was AGI. We spent 68 minutes - unsuccessful at sharing screen. So we did a review/edit of 2025 to fix 2024 AGI issue. 2025 returns were successfully efiled and pending. Kudos for Lucy for leading me through the steps, complicated by the fact that my computer access was very slow. Thanks so much. Suzanne

Turbo-Tax is accurate

The number 1 complaint I would have is that some of the instructional data is difficult to find and the program changes too much from year to year.

Ive been using this program for years. This year it's all changes, got my husband's information wrong, mixed up names on income and was not helpful with deductions and steps. Over it.

Use other software - avoid the constant up-sell

I have used Turbo Tax for years, but I think I might be done. While the process is relatively straight forward, you are constantly being up-sold to buy additional products and services or advice. It feels like your fighting off a used car salesman. This year Intuit has also ceased operation of the ItsDeductable software, and come to find out, you are unable to import tax data from in the online version from other competing software. The whole thing just feels like a mess and time to investigate alternatives.
