Very disappointed

Multiple screens are broken. When you click a checkbox, the screen jumps but nothing happens. You must click it a second time. The wording in several places is ambiguous and confusing. After moving forward 3 screens, I should be able to go back, one screen at a time. Some screens do, most do not. It takes you all the way back to screen one. Some screens open empty. You must scroll way down to find the buttons, etc... Most screens require too many clicks and the requested info is spread over too many screens. I find this latest version to be the worst version ever.

The on line system is much more complicated and time consuming. I've used the downloadable Turbotax fo years and I like it much better. Last time I will use the on line version.

I am not happy with the changes that were made in Turbo Tax this year. I only hope that it is correct. I do not feel confident about the process at all. I have been a user of Turbo Tax since the early 90's. I have always felt confident when using historically. I prepared all of my family's tax returns for many years on Turbo Tax. I was a practicing accountant early in my career.

The one main problem I had that really slowed me down was continually dealing with my "imported" data as not being either a "duplicate" or being warned that it may no be correct. I want it accurate so I don't have to continually look at nearly 100 pages of brokerage information to find what I need and confirm accuracy. On a positive side, the AI help was awesome and having used Deluxe in past, this Premium was different enough (as was doing it in the Cloud) that I asked numerous questions the AI helper. I was also disappointed that every time I stopped once I got into the State return and returned, i was forced to start over at the beginning of the state section. That was annoying for sure. I hope it's better next year, as I know you will do. All in all, can't say it was enjoyable...doing taxes sucks!
