it was challegeing but I manage, I was able to file mine and my husband tax together for the first time.

Use Turbotax For Your Income Tax Filing

i've used Turbotax for a number of of years and have found it to be a straightforward, easy process to use. I have experienced no problems from either the IRS or state agency with my returns. I intend to continue using Turbotax for my future tax filings.

Bad navigation, confusing, too many annoying times trying to get sell me stuff I DO NOT NEED! charging $35 for processing. Zero applicatoin improvements. Asking the same questions over and over and over and over.... This is a very bad product and very bad experience.

Miss the Desktop version

I have used TurboTax desktop for 10+ years but was not able to this year because I didn't have Windows 11. For $50 CD plus a little extra for state, I spend about $90. This year I was forced to used online. I was impressed withthe transfer over. However, at the end I was zapped with extra charges. Had to upgrade to Premium only because I had a Sch D. This was always included in Deluxe desktop version. Then another $69 for state. It is double what I have normally paid.

Absolutely greedy, evil service. Charging over 100$ just to do taxes is already absurd, but adding a 44$ fee to take the payment out of your own discount? What even is that? And the AI stuff that no one's asking for being shoved as actual advice???
