Tax Expert Great

There was an issue concerning the dependent credit f($500) for my adopted adult child not living with me which the software was not allowing me to input. Your tax expert was able to overcome this product problem although it was not an easy solution. Hopefully, she conveyed notice of the issue to your software people (AI robots).

Forced to use Credit Karma account to avoid fees

It is absurd TurboTax charges money to direct deposit money into a personal checking account instead of an Intuit-owned Credit Karma account, regardless of being able to access funds early in Credit Karma.

Like Flying Blind

I have been using the desktop version of Turbo Tax for years and i worked very well. I do not like the online version of Turbo Tax that I was forced to use because i could not get a download version for my desktop computer. The online version feels very "blind". There is no way to see the forms as you work, and it's very difficult to backtrack into questions like "Did you itemize your federal return last year?". I do my own taxes because I am a control freak, and the online version of Turbo Tax does not allow the feeling of control at all. I am going to add that was difficult to upload this review because I could not find an used "nickname" for my name with only 4 letters to use.

TurboTax is Adequate!

I think the product is adequate for my situation. I'm disappointed the system didn't prompt me to add my quarterly estimate payments somewhere along the way. It was only when I recognized that my liability was unusually high that I had to ask how to backtrack and input the payments.

Great User-Friendly Online Version!

The online product is very easy to use and provided excellent prompts to guide you through the process. As a long-term Turbo Tax customer, I'm so glad that I switched from the desktop version. The product's accuracy was excellent in downnloading information from last year's return which was acccessed from my desktop. The product provided excellent support and assistance through the Question prompt.
