turbo tax suxs and just takes your money

there should be no reason we go from getting $655 to then owing $200 in taxes after filing without even an explanation.

Not as good as 2024

This year's Turbo Tax was MUCH more difficult to follow and access than 2024. I am not sure what improvements you thought you made, but they were not good.
We have been clients for 10+ years and may, perhaps, rethink that for 2026!

Desktop Version Preferred

This is the first year I used Turbo Tax Online, but I prefer the desktop version. There were many interruptions in filing and the 58 minute estimated filing time compared to my actual online time of over 6 hours wasn't realistic. Some of the delay were interruptions, not understanding terminology, and searching my files for information. Also, the Online version on a different computer from where my previous desktop versions of Turbo Tax were, made it sound like I didn't file tax returns with Turbo Tax last year (which I did).
