Will continue to use Turbo Tax

too many questions related to pensions being referred to as an annuity. also during final steps of filing process turbotax stated that I had not e-filed in 2024 when in fact I have e-filed using turbotax for a number of years now.

To expensive to file with TurboTax and many people do NOT get all there 1099 forms until Mid March Example Fidelity
Only give a discount on IRS State should also be discounted

Foreign Tax credit always has a glitch in the SOFTWARE

I used Turbo Tax for years its always great.

i have been using turbo tax for years but this is the first year I did it strictly on line. Without the disc that I imported onto my computer. For me there was a bit of a learning curve This version was formatted differently but when I had questions I asked the AI on the app. All my questions were answered and directed me to where I needed to go.

don't like the on-line version

turbo tax is great. the desktop version. This online version is terrible. I have used the desktop program for years and find is extremely user friendly. The online version is the exact opposite. I won't be using the online version in the future.
