Turbo tax has gotten harder to use

The person I talked with was very helpful and respectful. She helped me out tremendously, very helpful. I was grateful how much she helped out. Was able to finish up the taxes.

Cost is crazy

Why do I have to pay to have my refund direct deposited and a fee to exile along with paying the cost to file. $200 is ridiculous. I do all the work. This is crazy.

Deceptive Practices

Constant attempts to extract more money out of customer. Deceptive display tactics to get people to add things that are not needed like showing the $40 fast pay direct to bank account in one font away from the rest of the cost in another font and (hoping that some will say yes I want this to go direct to my bank account for $40 instead of paying the whole $129 not realizing the $40 is an extra fee. It is no realized because the option for direct pay to bank account (not fast) is not on the same page, rather it is shown later. All options should be on the same page and the $40 fee should be clearly shown as an extra with a subtotal for all fees. This is just one example of the distasteful tactics intuit uses that keeps me from a positive experience or recommending turbo tax to others.

HATE THE UPSALE AND A BIT COMPLICATED

The fact that I'm paying for the service and TT tries to upsale over and over and over again is horrible. Also, my taxes are super simple, not much to declare, however, it's still overly complicated with TT.
