Even more simplicity is needed. You really have to dive through some of the errors to find work around and the FAQs or the help or explain more seems like it's out of date or not precise on instruction.

Probably won't use again next year

Really needs an undo button. Going back just to view my entry for a form deleted my progress for that form and I had to re-enter everything.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Have used TurboTax for over 30 years. Was extremely disappointed to find out that Its Deductible is not longer offered. Wil consider using another product in the future.
