Fast and Easy

Thank GOD for Turbo Tax. That's all I have to say. It's compatible with all of the websites I have for work or retirement accounts. It's a life saver.

Turbo Tax was very glitchy this year

Turbo Tax was very glitchy this year (filing 2025 taxes). I used my iPad and got dumped into the Expert Help version and it duplicated entries and documents and kept looping and making me go through the same steps multiple times. I intimately had to clear my tax forms and re-enter everything to avoid being charged for unused expert help. Using the app worked better but it was still glitchy and included errors in uploaded data, but I got it done in a normal amount of time this time. Not a good experience this year, though.

The process was nice, but I quite upset at a fee for having my money be sent to my bank account this year. That is a first and the fact that you're wanting us to open another bank account during a stressful time for most American's feels quite predatory.
