TurboTax Gets the Job Done

Downloaded the Premier desktop version, then took online option because it included the state filing, too. This is my 14th(?) year of using TurboTax. My first with the online version - I did not like it as much, the language was confusing and it was challenging to correct a data entry. There was a glitch in the NYS form that was never resolved. After a week of waiting to finalize my returns, nothing had changed. It's near impossible to get an e-answer if you need it. Luckily, my return is simple. But my confidence in TurboTax has decreased. Regardless, I (THINK) it got the job done and it's always been a great product. Thank you.

Love the flexibility to enter information as it arrives, tweak it as needed, ask questions and look up information when confused. perfect for those of us unfamiliar with tax law.
