On Line Turbo Tax - 1st Time

Very easy to use.
1st Time online, prefer desktop version for perceived security but we'll see how this does moving forward. The current version was incmpatible with my existing MAC OS.
All in all online was just as easy.

The product is becoming much more granular when doing my taxes. Helps a lot in completing taxes for properties and rentals, not just income.

good - within system limitations

TT is a great platform. there are a few bugs to work out - or system limitations to expand. TT wont allow me to file my VA taxes because my wife and I live in a different state and she files her state taxes there. TT states I must redo my fed returns using a mock MFS status for fed, then file state by mail with the mock fed return. VA state website says all I have to do is select block 3 on their form for marital status and I can file MFJ. why doesn't TT reflect this in the digital filing offerings?

They make it easy to ask questions or get more information with each section. It saves me so much time each year to just transfer information over as well.
