Love the product, except for the constant upsell

For someone who has never filed taxes before (and just got my first VantageScore), I was as scared as I can be starting my taxes. But after uploading everything and answering to the best of my knowledge, I am proud to say that I filed my taxes for the first time with accuracy. The compatibility with PDFs and PNGs helped a ton too, so many features!

Turbo Tax is still going strong.

i have use Turbo Tax for several years. I didn't like being forced to use the online version. I also preferred the older version where the rebate number was more prominent. The downloaded documents were difficult to read, and the program imported the same information twice and didn't recognize that it was duplicate information. The program is still easy to use.

online vs desktop

I usually complete my taxes on a laptop, but after purchasing Turbo Gas I found it is not compatible with Windows 10. So, I installed it on my MacBook and used the online version. Frustrated with the sleep mode while gathering documents. I had the choice to use the desktop or online version. I should have gone to the computer version when I had the chance.
