Stocks are tedious, but it's otherwise solid.

My experience was good, but I cannot say that it was great. The time estimate was about 1 hour less than actual. I miss the ability to switch between forms and easy mode like the desktop version gave. My biggest annoyance is that for multiple pages of stock sales, I had to visit each one and select "I purchased this". Without a bulk edit option this was incredibly tedious and should be fixed for next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Filing for contract work/self employment (using a 1099-NEC) was confusing and unclear at times.
Filing with a w2 was super easy.
The cost of using Turbo Tax increased an unreasonable amount.

Turbo Tax is easy peasy

Overall, this was a painless experience for my wife and I. We have a relatively simple tax situation and this was a breeze.
The only gripe was when I clicked on a topic for me information, the side bar said I have no internet connection and gave no insight into the topic.

Just let me plug my forms in

Made it more complicated than it needs to be. I have my forms, nowhere I could just easily click to take me to a page that is just my forms and I can add or delete what I need. I had to go digging around for it. The questions are ok for beginners. But I could have gotten this done faster had you just let me plug in my forms

Easy Peasy!

I know that there are other options available, but TurboTax makes it so easy that it is worth the cost, especially if you have investments. All of my banking has auto import options which means I just need to verify the information looks accurate and I am good to go. Easy peasy.
