The interface was easy to usea helped me to see what I needed to fix. I enjoyed the features it offered such as being able to do my Ohio taxes at the same time. It was compatible with my computer and the refund was accurate. The support is a handy thing to have if you have questions and the cost is reasonable.

I would not recommend the on-line version

I usually use Turbo tax loaded on my PC. With that software I could see all tax forms at any given time. With the on-line version, you only see forms when you have completed the process of entering all information and finalizing your tax return. I would not recommend the on-line version of Turbo Tax. Also the on-line version requires too much information that should not be required (ie.....why do I need to enter my drivers license information?

User-Friendly & Simple to use!

Very user friendly and straightforward to use. Questions can be answered quick and easy. If you file in previous years, it's great that I don't have to enter information in manually.
