Always easy and quick!

The interface is always easy and quick! Wicked simple to import all documents, regardless of whether they are electronic or paper. A few hours and everything is wrapped up with a bow on top! Furthermore, should I need an assist, I just have to ask!

Why is Turbotax always upselling?

Product itself is fine. However, the refusal to disclose fees ahead of time, constant upsell/ nickel and dime, fake "required data sharing" agreement, and general smarminess of Turbotax is off-putting. I thought the live tax guy were terrible. Turbotax is worse.
PS: Why do I need to sign an indemnification and limitation of liability to post a review? Nuts...

Consistently fast and efficient

I appreciate the speed and efficiency of the TurboTax software. Been using it for years and I am confident when I fil my taxes that they have been handled correctly and that I am getting all the deductions that I deserve.

Tricky interface tries to upsell you

Tricky options at the beginning of the process. They try to force you to use their "expert-assisted" option which costs additional money, when all I needed was the self completed option. I had to reset my return and start over to use the correct option because they don't allow you to change during the process. My returns are very similar year to year so I don't need the upsells.

My experience today was wonderful! my expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very, very patient with my questions and refilling my return. If all your experts are like her, we will continue to use Turbo tax each year. She deserves a great recognition for her service!!
