The interface is always easy and quick! Wicked simple to import all documents, regardless of whether they are electronic or paper. A few hours and everything is wrapped up with a bow on top! Furthermore, should I need an assist, I just have to ask!

Why is Turbotax always upselling?

Product itself is fine. However, the refusal to disclose fees ahead of time, constant upsell/ nickel and dime, fake "required data sharing" agreement, and general smarminess of Turbotax is off-putting. I thought the live tax guy were terrible. Turbotax is worse.
PS: Why do I need to sign an indemnification and limitation of liability to post a review? Nuts...
