Multiple import problems

I had multiple problems because Turbotax online did not import all information from my last years Turbotax return. Also, information imported from my brokerage account appeared in the summary of information supplied, but was not entered in my return, requiring 52 manual entries. Overall, what should have taken me one hour took 5 hours.

Easy to use and understand

I have been using TurboTax to file taxes for as long as I can remember and have never had any issues. The app and website are both so easy to use and follow. Customer support is great with answering any questions or concerns you may have. My only complaint would be how much they try to push you to upgrade to the more expensive services. Would definitely recommend to others.

Some of the menus are complicated to get through - too many keystrokes to finish something or get into a topic.. Wish we could see the tax forms before they are complete. Too many sales pitches.

This is ridiculous the cost this is the last year I will do Turbo Tax. We did the review fixed what they said, did the review again they said everything was great. Tried to file. they said had to fix so we did, tried to file said had to fix something else.

lies about the cost

I was expecting my return to be free. It cost me over $100 and then you would not take it out of my return, So this is not free and you lied about it till the end.
