TURBO TAX was not easy to use and NO HELP?

Navigating through the forms was difficult. The HELP? information was completely useless because the instructions did not match what appeared on the menu screens so the instructions could not be followed. Specifically - TURBO TAX never asked to enter my estimated tax payments, Federal or State. I used the HELP? option to ask how to find and/or enter my estimated taxes paid. The answer was to go to Federal Taxes and select Tax Payments. That option dosen't exist. There is no way to navigate to the estimated taxes paid screen. The TURBO TAX program itself does not ask if you paid any estimated taxes. ???
