Reliable TurboTax

I always feel confident with TurboTax. I had some difficulty finding where to put my estimated tax payments and the Senior Deduction that was new this year, but once I saw the actual forms it was evident that they were prepared correctly.

TurboTax online sucks!

I was strongly told to use online instead of the desktop version ,which I used for decades. It was a mistake.
The user interface is terrible. No easy-step. I am retired without a W2 but have income from SS, pension, and IRA distributions. My issues: I was able to use last years TT filing to populate the 2025 filing. Good. but then it couldn't find my 2024 AGI to help e-file! it successfully downloaded my 1099 brokerage statements, and remembered my 2024 charities and other things, but it didnt ask me about my estimated tax payments. It was pushing me into review without entering these! you could see I did est tax payments in 2024 - why not ask me for 2025? and then it was difficult to navigate to est tax payments. no search, I had to ask Google! On the Michigan tax filing it asked the dates of Roth conversion. Okay, but then it asked for the conversion date of my private pension. It is not a conversion and there were 12 monthly payments. something wrong here. I need to go back to desktop or drop TT altogether.

Fix Crypto.com Integration

you guys need to get together with Crypto.com and fix your methods of importing their CSV Files please. this makes a 1 hour process a 6 hour process! Fix Crypto.com integration.
