Turbotax Online is a bust!

Very unhappy with the experience and performance of Turbotax online. In years past, Turbotax would let you know about tax deductions you might be missing such as making IRA contributions in the current year. Also, Turbotax never asked me whether I paid estimated taxes even though it was on my 2024 Turbotax return. Because I remembered, my refund went up by $9000. This is inexcusable.

Turbo beats around the bush

I asked about my Senior Discount and how do I add it for over 4 hours, after giving up and accepting the lost...I reviewed my return and it gives it to you automatically...The question "are you 65 or older" is no longer there...Just are you legally blind...4 hours wasted had it said you will get it automatically
