Not user friendly for experienced users

I'm not happy with TurboTax deciding what version is best for my return. Previous years the deluxe was only necessary but you decided that premium had to be used and gave me no alternative. Your new selection system sucks. Let users decide, not TurboTax.

Use Turbo Tax for Easy Filing

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I love it! It's easy to use and has features where you can ask questions and get good answers. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I have used TT for many years and this year was the most confusing. It did not import information from the previous year as usual and navigating back and forth was more difficult than usual. Also having to do this on-line where before I could save and come back later was very inconvenient. I guess I have to buy a new computer since TT doesn't like Windows 10. I will probably use it again next year unless I find something better.

I like Turbo tax and it's format
