Bring back windows 10 compatibility.

I have been using for many years in the desktop version. This is the first year with the online version. I find the online version to be more difficult to use and slower. I don't see why it cannot remain compatible with windows 10. All my other programs are.

I have used TurboTax many years now to do my own taxes. Each year it gets better and better. I have learned so much about taxes and feel confident when using their service. The help tool is very useful. Interface is user-friendly. Features make it easy to file taxes and each year I am confident in the accuracy.

Not as thorough as before

Support gave us the wrong information. We needed to adjust our IRA to ROTH conversion amount and were told to contact our investment company instead. The software this year was not as easy to navigate for this as it has been in the past.

I had a different payroll experience this year and worked with Robert S. on chat/phone and he was great. Support was quick and I could tell he understood my questions, looked up information for me and resolved one of my issues. I appreciate the step-by-step process of Turbo Tax. I use it every year. Highly recommend.
