Good service, too pushy with paid extras

Very good service in general, but I do not appreciate the two standard options for payment being opening an account with you or paying you even more money for a rapid deposit I and most other people don't need. A standard, free direct deposit to my bank account should be the default option, yet for you it isn't even presented as one.

Senior Tax Credit calculated correctly, not visibl

There were a few times when I was unable to correct wrong answers to questions. When asked if any of the 1099-B form included collectibles, I answered NO only to discover that the Gold Shares I purchased were listed as Collectibles by my Financial Services Firm. There was no way to change that answer. I reached out to product support and they informed me that I had to delete that 1099-B and reimport it and change my answer. Product support did a great job on the phone. Also, the Senior Tax Credit is not discussed or identified during the tax preparation process. I was able to learn that I did receive the correct deduction when I finally reviewed the actual tax documents. This is a big topic for Seniors and the product would be better if the Senior Tax Deduction would be calculated and made visible during the review of the data.
