Turbo Tax is so easy to use and if you do not know what something is their hints / common questions are really useful. We have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had an issue.

Turbo Tax did great - has some kinks to work out

The import of robinhood didn't work properly. Things came in as values that should have been negative values. It was a painful, and long process to fix. The user interface could use some work to make that process better.

Great and easy to use

I had a great experience using TurboTax. The platform is incredibly easy to use and walks you through everything step by step in plain, simple language. It keeps all your information clearly organized, shows your progress, and makes it easy to review or update sections. What could be a stressful process feels smooth, guided, and well-structured from start to finish.

I've been using TurboTax for several years now and it generally indicates which pieces you need to interact with to complete your return. Turns out that even though I have self employment income, and it knows how much, it didn't properly indicate I needed to pay an extra tax in my area for self employment income and now I'm going to have to pay a penalty. Additionally, while typing this review, its AI feature, or auto completion, or something keeps changing what I type and eating the letters. This is ridiculous. I'm suddenly very concerned about the quality of my tax returns if you can't properly direct me through the process or let me type in an text box. Use another product.

It was good and easy to use. Every year seems getting more and more complicated to complete taxes. The only thing I wish more understanding how to save the previous years taxes without ha ding to open the turbotax app. I have to use it for my job when I need to submit my taxes for previous years.
